The process begins with designing a detailed machining drawing, where we precisely define all mechanical processes. Next, we create a custom packaging proposal to ensure the profile is well-protected during transport. The machining process is partly carried out by our trusted partners, with whom we have collaborated for many years. These specialists handle mechanical processes such as laser cutting, sawing, and drilling. In-house, we manage surface treatments, including anodising and powder coating. Once all processing steps are completed, we carefully package the profile according to the agreed proposal. Pre-consumer recycling

Pre-consumer scrap refers to aluminium waste generated during the production process. At BOAL Extrusion, we care about the environment and recycle this waste. All leftover materials are collected and sent back to our aluminium billet supplier, reducing waste and lowering our CO₂ footprint.
