From concept to completion

At BOAL Extrusion, we guide you through the entire process—from the initial idea to the realization of your aluminium extrusion design. We translate your concept into a detailed profile drawing. Once approved, we begin manufacturing the die and conduct extensive testing.

You will receive samples to ensure they meet your expectations. You remain the owner of your aluminium design, and your unique profile is securely protected with us.

The role of the die in aluminium design

In aluminium design, the die plays a crucial role. It forms the foundation for extruding profiles that meet your exact specifications and requirements. Key features of our dies include:

Custom design: each die is specifically developed for the desired profile shape.
Precision & consistency: profiles are produced with extreme accuracy and repeatability.
Exclusivity: dies are used exclusively for the customer they are designed for.

Aluminium alloys

BOAL offers a wide range of aluminium alloys, including 6060, 6063, 6005A, and 6082. Each alloy has unique properties such as strength, machinability, and corrosion resistance, ensuring the right solution for every environment.

Profile capabilities

We provide a diverse selection of custom aluminium profiles, with weights ranging from 150 grams per meter to 16 kg per meter, depending on your specific needs.

In the UK, we produce profiles up to 16 meters in length.
In the Netherlands, we produce profiles up to 10 meters in length.

With our 7, 8, and 9-inch presses, we manufacture a variety of profile dimensions, tailored to your exact requirements.
